We are a group of people who love dogs and the outdoors! If your dog has energy to burn, enjoys running and playing with the pack, and craves open space to explore, then we welcome you to check out our group and join us on a hike.

We go for mostly off-leash walks through woods, fields, and along the shore. When we're not laughing at our dogs' antics, we're often sharing tips on training, general dog care, or other dog-friendly locations.

Come meet with other local Active Dogs Owners, enjoy the great outdoors, and make some new friends for both you and your pup!

Chebacco Woods is a beautiful, serene piece of conservation land behind Gordon College. We'll walk for 60-90 minutes on trails beside a pond, cutting through marsh, and then into some woods with more room for the zoomier dogs to spread out (the latter is Rose's favorite section). There may be mud, so nice white sneakers not recommended!
