The 10th Annual NNJPE Howloween Boo Bash!

It's time once again for our famously fabulous Howloween Costume Party, known as Boo Bash! This is our largest event of the year, and this time around, it's bound to be bigger and better than ever! Any Pug and Every Pug will be expected to be on hand for the festivities!

All Pugs in attendance are eligible to take part in the costume contest, and there will be trophies and prizes for all winners of the following categories:

Cutest

Most Creative

"Class Clown" (funniest)

Best Duo or Group

Best Human/Canine Combo

Best in Show, which will be awarded to the winner of one of these categories!

There'll be plenty of "thrills and chills", along with goodies for the humans and goodie bags for the Pugs! There will be raffles for door prizes AND the lucky "Best in Show" winner will win a Pugopoly board game!

Howlin' good times will be had by all, as we listen to all of our favorite Halloween music classics such as "Pugster Mash" and "Purple People Eatin' Pug", along with everyone's favorite, Edgar Winpug's "Frankenpug"! If this doesn't put you in the mood for a frightfully good time, Frank-ly, I don't know what will...

Please note that the group photo will be taken at 1:30 PM, and the costume contest will begin at 2 PM; the duration of this event is approximately 2.5-3 hours. IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, YOU WILL MISS SOME OF THE FESTIVITIES! PLEASE be considerate of your fellow NNJPE members and be punctual!

Please note that I do not post private residence addresses on the internet; thus, the actual event address and directions will be sent a couple of days prior to the event, so be on the lookout for them! Be sure to RSVP for this event as soon as possible, as we expect another sell-out crowd and we don't want you to be left in the...lurch!

Pugs in costume, they will be dressed;

All adorned in their Howloween best.

Some will be scary, some will be cute;

Some will arrive in their own birthday suit.

Will it be trick, will it be treat;

With any luck, there'll be good stuff to eat!

Pugs on parade, just look at them strut;

Curly tails in the air, paw to paw, nose to butt.

Everyone is welcome, the young and the old;

To party with our Pugs, 'tis an event to behold.

So NNJPE members, come far and come near;

To our 10th annual Boo Bash; 'cause we want you here!

Please note the charge for this event will be $7.00 per person (children 10 and under are free!). Net proceeds from this event will be donated to Pug Planet Pug Rescue to assist them with the ongoing care and veterinary expenses for their foster Pugs. Exact change is requested and is greatly appreciated as it will expedite check-in. Pre-payment via credit card is also available, and is encouraged; thanks!

****IF YOU RSVP TO ATTEND THIS EVENT AND THEREAFTER CANNOT ATTEND, YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR RSVP. Perpetual no-shows will forfeit their membership to the NNJPE. (I am not trying to sound mean, but I must have a minimum amount of accountability from those perpetual no-shows...it's only fair!) Please also insure that your guest total is accurate!! Expenses for this event are based upon the number of people attending; a great deal of planning goes into this meetup, so I appreciate your understanding and cooperation...thanks!
