This is being offered by MOM (Market on the Move) One of our avid MOMers, Kathryn Lansden has graciously offered her canning skills to teach everyone who is interested to learn. Kathryn is an avid cook, canner and gardener who prepares meals from scratch whenever possible. She tries to avoid buying any processed foods or out of a box or packages from the grocery store. If there is a way to recreate something so that it is preservative and chemical free, she is on it. She has a small urban garden with plots in her front and backyard. Sadly, her yard isn't big enough to sustain her need for fresh produce so she relies on MOM to get enough tomatoes, peppers and other produce for canning.
