Document Management with Git, GTD w/ OmniFocus (or, open chat)

The March meeting will be the first official meeting of the group. I chose this date for no particular reason. I can easily do the previous or following Thursday. See the updated poll...

To kick it off, I'm volunteering to give a short talk on Git. Brooke's previous comment containing some links for Git will definitely fill you in on most of it, but sometimes it's just nice to see it in action.

Brooke said he could talk about GTD and OmniFocus. We can finish up with an open chat of anything people are interested, or I can continue talking about the DSL I'm writing for doing slide shows based on S6 and inspired by the slideshow gem and Dave Thomas.

Craig has generously offered to let us use his projector so we aren't limited to places providing one. If anyone's workplace has a spare meeting room they don't mind us borrowing, let me know. I'll be looking into other possible places in the meanwhile.

Please note: we should spend at least $25 as a group.

I wouldn't mind talking about Getting Things Done (GTD) and OmniFocus for productivity.
