SAFe Planning in action - All aboard the Release Train!!

Agile at scale....... an idea that inspires a lot of thought and interest. SAFe is one framework on offer, and one of the more commonly adopted ones, offering a means to increased agility at the enterprise level.

Within the SAFe framework is a concept of a Release Train, within which 50 + people across development, release and system disciplines (to name a few) operate together towards a common incremental goal relating to a business value stream.

To ensure alignment, this whole 'train' gets together to plan a release increment together - this SAFe ceremony is called Release Train Planning.

Nick McKenna will facilitate a fast paced, high octane and fun Release Train Planning Session for us to learn more about this ceremony by taking part in one! (within a safe (sorry) environment).

There will also be pizza and beer (as usual!)
