Learn all about the art of brewing beer in this hands-on workshop. This should be a bit more in depth than the last workshop. Participants will go home with 1 gallon of wort in their own fermentation demijohn that will later turn into beer. You should expect to get about 9-10 beers from this gallon.
We will be brewing an American barley wine. This beer will be great for sipping on those cold winter nights. This will be a big beer. It has double the amount of normal ingredients. It will be sweet, hoppy, and boozy. 10-13%ABV
All are welcome to attend. However, due to equipment limitations, we will only have 15 Lab Kits. Please see costs section below if you want to purchase one of the Lab Kits.
