* Habit modification embracing peace

Discover how to obtain and maintain increased composure and control despite sometimes chaotic holidays. Restored by Touch Massage and Wellness (RBT) offers free demonstrations and practical peace inducing lifestyle tips. RBT’s founder, massage-stretch therapist and wellness consultant, Carole Suzanne Jackson, inspires and informs with her casual style of inviting input and questions from her audience.

Testimony ~ Pastor D. Drake:
"During my chair massage session with RBT, Carole discerned my muscles were a huge mass of knots. After asking me a few questions to learn how my lifestyle contributes to muscle tension, we developed a stress buster plan addressing old auto accident injuries and my deep grief over the passing of my beloved husband of 29 years. She gave me health tips I could use immediately. I also booked a one hour wellness consult and two hour hands-on session. Given my deep grief, we decided to focus on techniques inducing deep relaxation. That did the job; I got “massage brain”—drug free symptoms similar to intoxication. A great side affect—my severe muscle pain and tension stopped. I’ve remained mostly pain free since my relaxation treatment over two weeks ago. There is only a slight discomfort in my low back—a huge lasting improvement.

Carole Suzanne has a fluid knowledge of biblical principles and wellness which gives a powerful foundation for optimal health and pain free living. I recommend Carole Suzanne both for chair massage to enhance your community functions and for personal tender loving care. Her strong faith and professional expertise puts you in safe hands."

    Thank you for your interest in our muscle care series featuring busting common holiday stresses. Due to some problems with early posting, we didn’t get enough attendees to go forward with this event. We are planning another one for 11/24/12. I hope to see you there. We hope to post earlier next time.

    I am hosting this Meetup. I'm not sure what prevented it from posting with me set up as the hostess. Sorry for any confusion this caused. I’ll try to resolve that so I can manage attendees as the hostess.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
