Welcome Family Court Reformers!

This Meetup has recently undergone some minor changes.

Despite the changes this group has undergone recently, the basic purpose of this Meetup have not changed. Please continue to use this Meetup as a place to post your story, news articles, and communicate with other citizens whose rights have been infringed upon.

There is an epidemic of due process deprivation in our family court system. You are not alone. The rights of parents and children in our family court system are denied on a daily basis. It's time to hold your elected and appointed court officials responsible for their neglect in recognizing YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

How can CPS and the family court system take away your children without your due process right to be heard by a jury of your peers? Constitutionally, THEY CANNOT, but they do anyway.

How are they getting away with it? Because THE PEOPLE allow it to happen. You must demand your rights and hold your elected officials accountable. You must demand accountability from appointed judges who are Constitutionally REQUIRED to be elected by THE PEOPLE.

Who is responsible for the deprivation of your due process rights?

1. Judges
2. CPS
3. The governor of the State of California
4. The Registrar of Voters, who certifies judges as receiving 100% of the vote, when in fact they were not on the ballot
5. Legislators, your local Federal and State Representatives who fail to insist upon your due process rights
6. THE PEOPLE and the voters

What is being done about it?

There are currently several concerted efforts in the Southern California area which are attempting to combat the corrupt and secretive coercion that occurs in the darkness of the family court system.

The strongest appears to be the Orange County Recall Committee. Please visit their website and join their blog at: www.ocrecallcommittee.org.

Please contact me if you would like your effort posted here as well.

Thanks for visiting. Keep fighting!

“I have a seven year old son who I have had to protect from his convicted felon father. Father pays no support, but is able to hire at last count 5 different attorneys to sue and harass me. Dad also beats his older three children and has been charged”

“Going from a fulltime completely involved father while married, to now alternating weekend and once a week visitor in my son's life, has been absolutely heartbreaking. The system has to change; kids need 2 loving involved parents.”
