Sunday Evening Ocean Tour Bike Ride for Fitness and Cruising.

  • Roz’s Ocean Tour – Mindful Exercise - Singles Bikes Rides on Saturdays

    Starting an every Sunday 5:00 evening ride in Newport Beach.

    Touring Balboa Island, across the ferry, left to the wedge and then the boardwalk both ways. - 2+ hours.
    It is a ride I do all the time and is great for cruising, mindful appreciation along the ocean with stretches that are great for hard intervals if you so choose.

    Beach cruise or train hard or both. The course is out and back lends itself to both but mainly it is to have fun, meet like minded people, be safe and enjoy the beauty of where we live. This is NOT a speed 'pack ride' and is open for all levels.

    Route tries to stay away from cars.

    Come out and meet new people. Exercise gratitude as an action. Clear the mind and refresh the soul for the week ahead.

    Helmets highly recommended.
    The ferry is $1.25 each way.
    Bring snacks.
    Plan ahead.
    Check you tires for air pressure.
    Bring water and a jacket shell if the temperature drops with the onset of evening and sunset.

    Haven’t ridden for a while? Don't wait until you are there to check out your bike.
