Why are you working for/with tech startups?

I'm looking to meetup with technical people to discuss ideas and architectures.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Employees are being pressured to multi-task, do more with less, and work smarter not harder but management is not showing them the how and this is taxing their health, their personal relationships and their productivity. They have no tools to help them communicate back to their boss’s how much work is already being done or the effect of adding one more thing. They have few tools beyond email to coordinate and align their activities with other people they must work with-in what is available with the organization. The flip side of this problem is that managers don’t have visibility into how much work goes on, and what the impact is of taking on more work or making cutbacks. This is further exasperated by the IT departments over burden and their delay in evaluating new solutions.

Describe startup life.

Not knowing where your next $1 is going to come from.

Introduction
