You can get into the entrance of the building and go upstairs

The participation is free of charge. The venue is shown below.

The entrance of the club house is not locked, so you can get through it and go upstairs, turn left into a small room where the meeting will be held. If you are lost, please call Kenji at (650)924-8404.

Recommendation for all the participants is to make and bring your own badge. The badge with your name and three-word self introduction on it (ex. Kenji, semiconductor, golf, ukulele. )
The organizer would kindly ask the participants to bring some snacks or food to be shared at the meetup. Please let him know if you do so.

We will do these activities:

  1. Self-Introduction & small talks (35 min)

We will discuss hobbies.

  1. Meet the Expert (50 min)

A talk given by Kensuke on one of hobbies, DIY of mathematics educational toys and we'll have a Q&A session.

  1. Exploring the World (20min)

A video clip will be shown by Kenji to explain Kendo. ESL speakers can learn useful phrases and all will discuss sports.

  1. Wrap-up (5min)

We'll confirm the schedules and speakers for the coming meetups.

Please respect OCA facilities. Otherwise, we would loose the venue.

The participation is free of charge, but any donation at the reception would be welcomed for the sustainability of this group, the payment for using the meetup ($72/6 months), welcome confection at the 1st meetup ($29) and making up for a loss at the farewell party ($5).
