It's up to you to decide what to share about yourself. Do you live in OKC, Moore, Norman? Do you work, are you retired, or a student? Do you foster dogs for a rescue group?

I live in Moore, am an early retiree, so need to stay busy with volunteer opportunities and activities that get me going places, like travel, social gatherings, and taking my dogs to the dog park, or on new adventures such as ODOGS meetups.

Please tell us about your dogs. Name, breed, age, approx. weight. This helps ODOGS plan events and know our members.

I have a hound mix puppy, Topaz, 50 lbs, almost one year old, and she is my "failed foster" who I adore and decided to keep. I am also fostering a yellow lab mix, Daisy, two years old, 40 lbs, and she has come a long way from being rescued from a terrible situation. She's a sweetheart and needs a quiet, loving forever home.

What days/times work best for you? (Keep it simple. Example: Thurs. night, weekend afternoon)

Any day of the week, mid-day or evenings.

Need to get out and about with my dog, create some dog-friendly activities. ODOGS is a good way to meetup indoors and outdoors, depending on weather, for dogs and people to get social.

What Karen is saying about this Meetup Group

ODOGS, a brand new meetup in Nov. 2012, will take time to grow and involve more people in dog playgroups and outings. It will be what we make it, together, with our pups!
