I like to update, yesterday we (me and manoj philip) spoke with the vendors they cant promise to give us a dedicated stall, so far has they have not said NO, but they said they will try to give.

What they promised us yesterday is that they  are surely going to give time slots for presenting OES  , we are free to select what we want to say for the oes. Every day we will get the time slot to present the OES, this is great news, we are going to have GITEX presence 

At this junction, because of discussion is going on, I cannot reveal the name of the vendor who is going to support us. Once officially confirmed I will post the name and other details

Like to update some info which I have got about the GITEX expense for a small stand. It cost around 10,000 USD ( then thousand ).  When we approach an organization for a stand to participate, the organization has to she around this amount. 
So in turn what does the organization gets by helping us to have the stall, this is what all the organization are asking when we approach them.
I tried explaining  about good marketing image which they will be getting.
We have to come up with some good reason for convincing them.
 
 wanted to inform the members, what is the minimum expense a organization has to spend to give us a stall and to get ideas on how to convince them to support us.
