WordPress Meetup - March 31, 2014 7 PM

This month, we're going to try something different. One of our meetup members gave me this idea.

Let's each of us prepare and bring a tip to the meetup. Remember, we all know something that someone else doesn't. So bring a time saving tip, a shortcut you've discovered, a plugin that has saved you time or enhanced your blog or site in a cool way. You can choose something related to design, function, mobile, anything you can relate back to WordPress! Your tip can take 2 minutes or 10. You don't need to prepare a presentation, just bring yourself.

We will have a laptop there connected to the screen if anyone does want to demo something on-line, but you can share your tip from your chair.

If this is the first time you're considering coming, no one will be forced to speak - come anyway!

As always, we'll have some homemade cookies or bars. See you all at the end of March!

Directions:

Oklahoma Christian is on the north side of Memorial Road between Boulevard/Martin Luther King & Bryant. After turning into the entrance, proceed to the first stop sign, turn left (west). You'll be on the (only) road that circles the campus and you'll be going to the back of the campus. So when you get to the next stop sign, you'll be at the back of the campus and headed east. Go straight

(about a block), after stopping and you'll see the Prince Engineering Building. This is a 2-story building on the hill - the most northern building on campus. Park in the back of the building and you'll see our WordPress sign on the glass door. The meeting room is upstairs - come on up, we have lots of signs posted.

If you'd rather come in the back way, you can take Boulevard/Martin L King to Smiling Hill Blvd (this is about 1/2 mi. north of Memorial Rd.

Turn east on Smiling Hill and go about 1/2 mile and you'll see the iron gate (always open), that leads into OC. Turn right (south) onto the campus. Go till you get to the first stop sign and turn left (east). You'll see the Prince Engineering Building on the hill - the 2-story building. Park in the back of the building and look for the WP sign on the glass.
