International Musician, Eagle Scout, Brew Genius, Former Certified Pyrotechnician
Ben will share his entrepreneurial journey, some essential lessons, and realities about the transition from W2 employee to full-time entrepreneur, and some quick and easy benchmarks to help business owners of any field and experience determine the health of their business.

Ben runs a business centered around one thing: helping business owners see their own path to success. By working around service providers, manufacturers, and lenders, Ben has discovered how “bookkeeping” can solve problems that sales and marketing never could. These problems are both complicated and simple: how to buy groceries, pay off your house, and take 52 weeks of paid vacation a year. While he hasn’t quite reached the 52 weeks of vacation yet, having a fridge full of food is pretty nice!

Rockford Steele
Veteran & Serial Entrepreneur
Get ready to hear a bumpy but fun ride of an entrepreneurial journey. Part inspiration and part "oh, snap!" Knowing when to quit is a hard decision. You should never quite when it is tough, but you should quit when it is time after a well thought out and good decision. Quitting is never easy, embarrassing, yet it may be the best decision you will ever make. As the saying goes, "One door closes, another opens up."

Rockford is a graduate of Economics at the University of Central Oklahoma, former Anti-Tank Missileman for the U.S. Marine Corps, former Registered Representative Financial Advisor for Rockgate Financial Partners, current real estate agent (Realtor) for Spearhead Realty, VP of Commercial Lending at Stout Lending, and an active real estate investor. He is also married to an awesome wife and 2 cute & smart kids (must have gotten it from his wife Lisa!).

Roger Godwin
Entrepreneur & Civil Leader
Connecting business and people to advance people to achieve their goals and more importantly their calling. His passion is to help develop leaders in both business and ministry. He will be heading to Kenya with a team in July to help equip pastors and entrepreneurs become better leaders and connectors. To advance their influence in their community. Roger is a founding member of Scissortail Essentials a medical cannabis company, Design Ok is a sales and design consulting for indoor and outdoor projects which funds the Mission work through referral commissions. Lastly but most importantly Roger is a Husband to Megan and a father to Izzy, Titan, and Maverick they are his Why and why he wants to help leaders create balance
