Philadelphia magazine's president, David Lipson, Jr., will tell the story of how the magazine has failed... and continued to experiment and adapt, over and over and over. He'll talk about stepping out of a comfort zone, and discuss the difficulty of disrupting your established business model in order to help your business grow.
