Abstract: Single Page Applications (SPAs) built with HTML5 and JavaScript using responsive design are increasingly popular. These apps run in a modern browser and provide the user with a rich smart client experience that is generally consistent across different browsers and platforms. ‘Single Page Apps’ and ‘Responsive Design’ also seem to be the hot new buzz words surrounding web development these days. As an ASP.NET (http://asp.net/) developer having done webforms or MVC currently or in the past, you might be wondering the legitimacy or importance of building SPAs in your future development.
