Helen Gao founded the OWASP Long Island chapter in 2006. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISSP. Helen is currently a Senior Software Architect of TIBCO Software. She designs and develops complex software that transfers confidential data over the internet. Her customers include finical institutions, government agencies and healthcare providers.
