I decided to start this group after searching long a hard to find a free an available support group for those who have OCD or Anxiety and Deppression. (they often go together).
I personally have had OCD, Depression, and Anxiety ever since I was 13. Im currently 23 and I think having a safe place where people can talk openly and confidentially about their journey with their dissorders would be helpful and benificial for all who attend. We can help each other through tough times from empatheic eyes and I would lead each session at a location that is safe and comfortable. Anyone with OCD, Depression, and Anxiety should join. I would encorage bringing loved ones if they seek to understand more about your disorder. Look forward to seeing you at our next meetup!
