3. Who do you know that is hiring for accounting/ graphic designer etc?

4. Who do you know who is a single male/female 30+ looking for a friendship who loves cats

Your goal is to spark a clear picture of someone in the listener's mind of the type of person you want as a referral. If the question is too vague, few people will think of someone to refer to you. If its too specific, it may limit the amount of referrals you get.
