Remember all those cold, dark, wet months that we dreamed about running in the sunshine and the absence of that weird moldy smell?
Well, that time here!
Yeah, it's kind of hot...
Yeah, we wouldn't mind a little cloud cover while we ran...
BUT...it's a good time to be running!
(While also dressing in nice, wicking clothing, drinking lots of water, and wearing sunblock, sunglasses, and possibly a hat/visor)
Last week we ran 6 X 800 meters so that means that THIS week, we're running...
4 X 1200 meters BUT we get a lovely full 400 meters recovery!
Take THAT heat wave!
We're working on endurance this week, by increasing the distance of our Repeats just slightly. Our pace will be just slightly slower than what we ran the 800 last week.
Each week we build on previous workouts to increase our endurance at running at these faster paces.

We'll be starting or workout with our warm up and drills- don't think you get out of those!
