Bartering . . . Let's Make A Deal?

I just wrote a piece for my blog. I have so many plans and ideas to help secure my family's well-being when "it" hits the fan, I sometimes panic and feel overwhelmed. I realized a long time ago that we (individuals or households) can't possibly do it all. Food, security, protection, gardening, tutoring children, home repairs, and the list seems endless. But bartering has been a recurring interest and today I decided to do a bit of research on the subject, thus my article. [url=http://www.prepperpenny.com/lets-make-a-deal-a-look-to-bartering/] Let's Make A Deal What skills, services or goods do you have to barter with?

This summer I will add a meat rabbit breed, American Chinchillas, to my rabbitry. I know the basics of raising chickens (including butchering), can clip chicken wings and rabbit nails, and know the basics of wood chip gardening. Our pantry is very very bare right now, so I'm hating that, but I plan on doing lots of canning and storing this season :)
