Tuesday Raleigh Brewing Ride

We will be meeting in the Raleigh Brewing Parking Lot.

This ride goes through the city of Raleigh, the NCMA grounds, past Umstead Park, through the RBC center, NC State and Meredith Campuses. There is some traffic and stop lights to deal with in certain spots.

There are 3 Ride Lengths for 3 Pace Groups:

13 - 15 MPH Average - 15 Mile Route

15 - 17 MPH Average - 18 Mile Route

18 MPH + Average - 22 Mile Route

You must be able to maintain 13 mph average so the sweep doesn't leave you. A breakaway group can go faster and a longer route if they chose. This is a no-drop ride, meaning that the group or a designated "ride sweep" will stop at intersections to assist anyone who needs direction or is having difficulties.

A helmet, water, spare tube, patch kit and pump are required to have on hand for your bike. Glasses are recommended for eye protection. There is a waiver on this site that applies to the ride.

Riders leave the parking lot at 6 PM.

It is a mixture of country road, city street, neighborhood street, and greenway. We leave the Raleigh Brewing parking lot at 6 PM and ride should take about 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
