It is a comfortable environment where you get to have slightly uncomfortable conversations. It's exciting, energizing, and playful!

Regaining Trust - from out of control to choosing again
·OnlineOnlineMost of us are taught that trust has to be earned. This makes it extremely difficult to gain it back if it is broken. There really isn't anything the other person can do to regain our trust until we are ready.
In this workshop, we will discuss a different approach to trust. What if you could choose to trust, instead of passively waiting for the other to prove themselves to you?
We will discuss what it means when trust is broken, and how we each can be a part in its rebuilding.
I encourage attendees to participate in the discussion and ask questions, but you are welcome to just listen to others if you would like.
