It was an ok event. I made an effort to be on time just to be told that I had to wait for delayed attendees. Please start later or make sure that you start 6:30 sharp, not everybody has the time to just 'hang around'. Presentation (style and slide) was pretty average for a company like Aegis Media.
Having said all that, I feel that I have learned something and I took some useful notes.

Hi Nico, thank you for leaving your feedback. Yes these events are free and we do try to keep every one happy, I appreciate all the feedback and we will take it all on board for future events. David is a busy man, I think he tried to make the presentation quite top level, I think we had 2 people out of the 40+ who actually currently do Media Attribution on a daily basis. I am very grateful that he spend 4 hours at the event and made the presentation.

Nico, thanks for being the voice! I have attended this meetup for over a year and the hosts provide a great event for no personal reward & will always outgoingly provide their time for private conversation. Simply put, this is a great meetup & I really appreciate it! Like Michaela, I am in a position where I can argue about time & money blah blah ( which I do not agree on her points). Let us not forget the fundamentals of marketing. I keenly look forward to our next meetup!!

    Dear Pieter and James
Pieter, I did not have a beer but I did chat to my colleagues who came along. Yes, I am punctual but I think there is nothing wrong with respecting other people's time. Your response sounds like you are mocking me - or do I misinterpret what you said?
James, thank you for your professional reply. I understand where you are coming from. I will maybe come a little bit later; I fully understand that it is hard to organise these types of events.
Again, It was a great topic and I learned something, I am looking forward to attending next time. Please feel free to catch up with me on the day and you will find that I am actually a nice person ;-)

No problem, thank you for the feedback, next time we will have a more exact time line of what is happening at specific times. We hope you stick around next time for a drink on us after the presentation too for networking. I do not think Pieter was trying to mock you I think he basically said if you were looking to do a presentation in the near future if you feel you can provide more advanced content that option is open if you wish to take it up. We hope you can make the next event =)

100% free, the analytic's professional who is presenting usually charges $250/hour for his time so make the most of it everyone. As Pieter said spread the word around =)
