Civic Hack Saturday is a hands on meetup for “hackers" interested in contributing to civic apps. Developers, designers, writers, data analysis, policy wonks and people of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.

The event runs from 9am to 2pm, so feel free to drop in anytime between then. We'd like Civic Hack Saturday's to be an open space to come work on your civic projects. There won't be announcements or a presentation. Just come hack.

Please bring a laptop and be prepared to hack. If you have any project ideas, or are looking for a civic project to work on, see https://github.com/open-austin/project-ideas/issues .
