Hack Night #5: Open Hack Night & DataWorks Survival Guide

Details
Join us on Tuesday May 24th at Zip Code Wilmington for the 5th Open Data Delaware Hack Night. A hack night is a chance to get together and work on projects connected to open data, sharing ideas, progress, and knowledge.
This week will be an open hack night. You can come in and work on any project that you want to. Want to work with education data? Go for it. Want to play with transportation data? Make it work. You'll have the chance to work with our collaborative community to put some of your thoughts in action.
Before we get started with the open hack night, we'll give you a quick walkthrough of DataWorks (http://dataworks.opendatadelaware.com). Don't know what DataWorks is? It's Delaware's first National Day of Civic Hacking (https://www.codeforamerica.org/events/national-day-2016) event. It's a one-day hackathon focused on making it easier to do business in Delaware. It's also free for participants to sign up.
Make sure to bring your own device.
Schedule:
6:00 PM: Doors open - grab pizza and say hello
6:20 PM: DataWorks Overview
7:20 PM: Projects
8:00 PM: Commit and quit

There is metered street parking (quarters only) around Zip Code Wilmington and it's free after 6:00pm.
If you'd prefer a parking garage, we recommend Colonial Parking at 12th and Orange Streets. The entrance is on Orange Street. This lot is open until 9pm.
