Delaware Open Data Portal Launch
Details
The Basics:
Join us as we partner with the Tech Forum of Delaware (http://www.techforumde.org/) to help launch the State of Delaware's new Open Data Portal. The new initiative will feature up to 30 data sets and has the potential to make Delaware a more livable place.
We will announce the new platform with Governor Markell, the Secretary of State's Office, and leaders from the departments and agencies providing new data.
We will also feature a panel discussion and demos of the Open Data Portal. Come learn about the data sets including health, state spending, transportation, environmental, and many more. Experts will share how to interact with the portal to build civic tech to create positive change for our communities.
Established by Governor Markell's signing of Executive Order 57, the Delaware Open Data Portal will give constituents a central place for finding data sets from state agencies.
