It's time for another Open Knowledge Brisbane meetup.
• In the lead up to International Open Access Week (October 21 - 27), Anna Daniel will present an update on local Open Access-related activities and lead a discussion on recent open knowledge case studies.
• Anna Gerber will give a overview of dat (version control for data) http://dat-data.com/
It would be great to find out more about how people are working with or planning to work with open data or open tools, so if you'd like to propose a talk or discusion topic for this (or future OKB meetups) please get in touch.
Aside: There will be some discussion of Open Knowledge at the Disruptive Technology for Research unconference at The Edge on October 20th, hope to see some of you there!
