Every Sunday at Systems 8 fightclub In Hawthorn I open the gym for free to anyone who wants a place to hone there skills or try something new. The main focuses are control (ground, standing, & cage) and getting a good core work-out. Every week different people show up with different skills it’s chance to lean and try your skills against something new. No meat heads there is nothing to prove just come if you love the mat or want to just see what MMA is about.
