An Introduction to Drupal CMS

With over 1.5 million sites worldwide, an estimated 17,000 active developers, Drupal, is arguable the largest Open Source community in the world. It is used by organisations from The Whitehouse, The Economist and Twitter through to Oxfam International, Tate Modern and Comic Relief.

Duncan Davidson will introduce Drupal and the community that has grown around it.

Duncan is Scottish Regional Manager for i-KOS, a digital agency who specialise in Drupal. He is also Chairman of Drupal Scotland and founder of the annual DrupalCamp Scotland. More about Duncan at


About Open Source Breakfast

Join other users and developers of Open Source Content Management Systems for our new-look breakfasts on the first Friday of every month to:

  • Meet users and developers of the most popular Open Source CMS (including Joomla, WordPress and Drupal) in an informal and friendly setting
  • Connect and expand your network
  • Get help and support from other DrupalJoomla! and WordPressdevelopers in Scotland
  • Share tips and tricks on the main CMS platforms and related web technologies.
