July Meetup - SPECIAL EVENT Happy Birthday OpenStack! and Docker Containers!

In addition to our "regular" meetup in July, sponsored by RackSpace, join us to celebrate the 4th Birthday of OpenStack!

Drinks and giveaways sponsored by the OpenStack Foundation and Rackspace. We will have some "special" activities to mark the occasion! Make sure to schedule this special session now - we will have happy birthday treats and beverages, and a few surprises!

Content wise, Paul Czarkowski of Rackspace will lead a eneral discussion about Openstack+Docker. This session will go over the high level differences between VMs and Containers, different ways to use Docker inside openstack as well as openstack related docker tools.  Then we will explore specifically about Solum with is a openstack related project with half a dozen developers working on it out of Rackspace Austin that uses Docker heavily.  Followed by a short demo of Solum in action.

• We'll have Pizza, and happy birthday treats and drinks ~ 6:15pm courtesy of RackSpace and the OpenStack Foundation, and we will kick off the sessions ~ 6:45pm.

• If you are interested in giving a Lightening Talk shoot us a note with a topic or just come to the session ready to speak!
