OpenStack 4th Birthday Celebration - Happy Hour!

We are celebrating the OpenStack 4th Birthday in July and would like to support the involvement of local user groups to celebrate with the community again this year. If you're interested in participating, we'd like to send you $500 USD (via VISA giftcard, paypal, bitcoin, google wallet, etc), and some giveaways to plan a local happy hour/celebration for the user group. We will provide you with some materials, giveaways, video content and a slideshow deck that you can share with the group to present an update from the Foundation. We also want to include your User Group in the birthday presentation this year, but we need your help!

If you'd like to partake in the birthday celebration, we ask you to:

• Host the celebration anytime between July 1-22, 2014
• Take pictures at the event and post them on the OpenStack Flickr group denoting the name of your user group in the caption or comments
• Upload pictures to a Dropbox that will be shared with you once you confirm your participation Video user group members saying "Happy Birthday OpenStack" in their native language Video user group members sharing their birthday wishes for OpenStack We encourage you to create a discussion among your users around the content that is in your slides
• Tweet using the hashtag #OpenStack4Bday

On July 22, we plan to showcase the video and pictures that you've shared with us at a Birthday party hosted by the Foundation in Portland, Oregon - during OSCON where OpenStack launched in 2010. If you are in the area or attending OSCON, we invite you to attend!

We encourage you to customize this content to use for your party invitation: "OpenStack Foundation Global Birthday Celebration - Join us to celebrate the 4th Birthday of OpenStack. Drinks and giveaways sponsored by the OpenStack Foundation, of course!"
