OpenStack Networking with Quantum

Mark McClain (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mark-mcclain/3/433/57), a member of DreamHost's cloud team, will be giving a presentation on OpenStack's Quantum (http://wiki.openstack.org/Quantum). There will unfortunately be no time traveling or appearance by Scott Bakula, but you're definitely welcome to leap to your feet in excitement as you hear about how networking works in OpenStack. Mark will talk about the motivations behind Quantum, how it operates, and the fun and the challenges of being one of its developers.

Hope St.); bring the parking ticket with you and we’ll stamp it for validation. Please take the entrance ramp off of Hope St. and park below ground level (not the street-level lot).
