Is it hot in here or is it just me? Maybe it's Heat (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Heat), one of OpenStack's latest projects to come out of incubation. Heat is all about orchestration on the application level. Adrian Otto (http://www.linkedin.com/in/adrianjotto) is Rackspace's (http://www.rackspace.com/) senior technology strategist, who will give a talk on Heat and the wonders of cloud application orchestration.

Learn the distinction between orchestration, workflow systems, and configuration management tools, and how they can all work together to make a highly automated cloud solution. Find out the difference between declarative and imperative templates, and when to use each of them.
