Details
UPDATE: We moved this Meetup to March 17th due to speaker availability and Meetup conflicts at that date and in that week. Sorry if this causes any headache!

Agenda as it stands today:
18:30 - 19:15: Get together some food and drinks
19:15 - 20:00: „Midokura MidoNet – NWaaS for OpenStack“: Matthias Backhausen, Fujitsu
Matthias will give us an introduction to Midonet and tell us about his experiences using it in a recent project. We will also have a demo and Q&A
20:15 - 21:00: "Do or don't - there is no try ; consistent networking via SDN in OpenStack": Andreas Roeder and Christoph Andreas Torlinsky, Nuage Networks
Lets take a look on current networking architectures for OpenStack and their actual shortcomings and whats next? How to integrate networking for IaaS and PaaS into a single policy driven architecture where the workload form factor shouldn’t matter at all. Wouldn't it be nice to have a single consistent open API which abstract all those networking paradigm from the solutions into a single construct? In this talk we outline a solution approach to the problem statement above and give a quick a demo about it
21:15 - 22:00: "OVN, the open source control plane for OVS - Build by the Open vSwitch Team": Yves Fauser, VMware
OVN is a new network virtualization control plane project that brings virtual networking to the Open vSwitch user community. It is being developed by the core OVS developer team. We will dive into some implementation details and look at what OVN can do for us today in OpenStack Neutron.
Looking forward to see you all once again to network (personally) and discuss OpenStack topics.
