The underground visit slots are now full so no further visits can be allocated but there are areas open to the general public such as the Globe and Microcosm.

We're aiming to organise an OpenStack meetup at CERN combining the Swiss and Rhone Alps OpenStack user groups on 6th December 2013.

The proposed program is an all day event with an opportunity to visit CERN during the morning.

Please register soon so that we can organise the morning visits and guides. We are limited in numbers so it may not be possible for everyone to attend the full programme in the morning.

Starting around 9:30 am, we are aiming to organise a visit to the ATLAS experiment, the Globe of Innovation and a 3-D movie of the LHC construction and what it feels like to be a particle :-)

In the afternoon, we would have a series of talks from 2pm-5pm. If you'd like to present, please get in touch. Among the talks, we would certainly be including feedback from the Hong Kong summit in November and along with some details on the 3 OpenStack clouds running at CERN on thousands of servers.

The meeting will be in English.
