First meetup

This will be the first meeting for OpenStack St.Louis meet up group. Agenda:

1. Introductions
2. Share experiences with OpenStack
3. Introduction to OpenStack for beginners
4. Topics for future meet ups
5. Vote on monthly meet up day and time
