8th OpenStack User Group Nordics meetup

Hello to all of you interested in cloud infrastructure in general and OpenStack in particular.

Welcome to the first OpenStack meetup of 2015!

For now, we have one speaker confirmed:
Ilkka Tengvall, advisory consultant from Cybercom Finland.

• Author Bio -

Ilkka has a long technical background, with recent years working with virtualization and cloud architecture. He has been designing and building OpenStack for both Cybercom Cloud and external customers. He also advices customers on how to boost business performance by utilizing cloud and automation. - A brief summary of the talk - Ilkka will present his experiences on building and running OpenStack in hosting production. He will touch the following topics: - Designing OpenStack implementation to fit your environment (networks, storage)

• HA in OpenStack infra
• Running OpenStack as operator
• Automation under/on top of OpenStack
• Keeping track of machines and services in cloud One more speaker may be announced at a later point.

The event will start at 18.00 and end at 20.00

The presentation will be held in English.
