The Meetup was renamed because of a November 2018 course change in the OpenStack community:

Please be aware there is another OpenStack Meetup in NYC, and this Meetup was inherited from RackSpace.
The organizers of this Meetup are actively working on a meeting location in Manhattan to facilitate regular meetings.
Topics for discussion and presentation can continue to include OpenStack but can also include DevOps or anything else that improves performance at Enterprise scale.
