OpenStreetMap Developers Weekend: Mappy Hour

Details
Mappy Hour is an awesome way to meet with mappers and learn more about OpenStreetMap, in a relaxed social environment. We'll enjoy delicious refreshments at a wonderful Toronto watering hole. Conversation at Mappy Hour is typically wide ranging and fun, covering everything from deep insider secrets of OpenStreetMap, OpenData advocacy and general geo-gossip to software configuration and survey techniques. It's a hugely fun event and you don't want to miss it. Mappy Hour is suitable for anybody with an interest in OpenStreetMap, from those curious to learn more to those interested learning or sharing about a specific aspect of the project.
This event is just one part of the second annual Canadian OpenStreetMap Developers' Weekend. The weekend will be full of events for everyone in the OpenStreetMap community. In addition to this social event for the entire OpenStreetMap community, there will also be:
Introductory presentations for those new to OpenStreetMap, or looing to expant their OpenStreetMap knowledge, with ample opportunity for Questions (and possibly, for Answers) on Friday afternoon. https://www.meetup.com/OpenStreetMap-Toronto/events/106084662/
And the main event. The two-days of OSM software development. These are the core of the event and are cast from the same OSM Hack Weekend alloy that has lead to important advances in the OpenStreetMap infrastructure and tools. If you have wanted to know how to become a developer - contributor to OpenStreetMap, this is your best opportunity to learn from and share with the experts.
