Lets Go Map Commercial Drive!

We'll be mapping locations on Commercial Drive and enjoying the nice summer weather outside. Use your favorite OpenStreetMap tool to do the mapping: e.g. Vespucci for Android phones, or Pushpin for iPhone, or GPS device, or Field Papers ( http://fieldpapers.org/ ), etc. We'll be meeting in front of the Britannia Library (1661 Napier Street, Vancouver) at 11 AM and then mapping and walking our way through Commercial Drive. After we've done about an hour of mapping, we could grab some cool drinks at a cafe or restaurant on the Drive, and enjoy the nice summer weather and chat.

Please come with a smartphone loaded with an OpenStreetMap app, or GPS, or other device to do the mapping. This is a free event. People from all skill levels (beginner to advanced) and backgrounds are welcome to attend this meet-up.
