The purpose of this group is to introduce EFT (the Emotional Freedom Techniques) in a friendly, supportive and caring environment and to provide a space where EFT can be shared and applied to a range of issues, whether they be physical, mental or emotional and in which one can learn, develop skills and use EFT to achieve emotional freedom.

EFT/tapping is one of the fastest growing alternative therapies in the world today. It is simple to learn and use. Everyone is welcome to come along and experience and share.

The beauty of EFT is that you can process your limiting beliefs whether you openly participate or prefer to remain private. As long as you tune into your emotional or physical issue, you will most likely see it resolve or significantly improve. EFT has impressive results with fears, phobias, fear of public speaking, fear of flying, limiting beliefs around success, abundance and performance issues, addictions, pain and much more.

My intention is to spread my love for EFT and to make it available to everybody.

This group is open to anyone interested in learning more about EFT and wanting to gain from the many benefits received from working with and on other people’s issues.

Whether you already know how to tap or you would like to learn how to, why not come along and join us.

No prior EFT experience is necessary. However, any time spent becoming familiar with the basic principals as offered in the free Manual downloadable from www.eftuniverse.com would be advantageous.
