We're back!

Things are getting really exciting for Openstack - the Liberty release and the Tokyo summit confirmed its large adoption from enterprises to startups and the great momentum Openstack is enjoying. We've been on a short hiatus but now we want to bring back the Amsterdam community together to throw a great meetup hosted by DMC in their shiny new offices with a great view on the harbour.

Creating an open cloud infrastructure that is easy to manage

OpenStack. Whilst very many organizations are running or planning to run OpenStack, many still see it as hard and complex. In this talk you will hear some of the key decisions Cyso has made to create an open and manageable OpenStack infrastructure and how to keep it up to date.

About Tjebbe:

During his studies in Artificial Intelligence, Tjebbe became involved in the development of internet in the Netherlands, which led into founding Cyso, together with Paul Bankert and Sven Visser in 1997. They started with Cyso Managed Hosting as 3 students. Now, over 18 years further, the organization counts almost 40 employees. This September Cyso launched its new business unit, Fuga.io, one of the first Dutch public OpenStack clouds.

Tjebbe is CTO of Cyso and Fuga.io and is responsible for daily operations, technical business development and innovation. Besides being an innovative entrepreneur, Tjebbe likes to play with Lego and sail his boat with his family.

Pablo Sanchez: Working with Openstack since 2012. Started with private clouds, followed by one of the biggest public cloud and right now working with one Red Hat
