Our instructors love to laugh and have a good time – even while they challenge you to achieve the progress you're after. Operation Boot Camp is a top of the line fitness program taking place outdoors at Hellyer Park. We offer ongoing nutritional advice as well as challenging co-ed workouts for ALL fitness levels, and all ages.
