Come learn about Cloud-Native Apps with Cloud Foundry and OpenStack.

Details
Join with the LA Cloud Foundry Group for a meetup on Cloud native apps with Cloud Foundry and OpenStack.
This talk will focus on HP’s recent contributions to the .NET development experience in Cloud Foundry v2. In addition, we will show how developers can leverage existing stateful application services provided by OpenStack including DNS, database, and message queueing services. These application services are rapidly evolving and stabilizing under OpenStack’s “big tent (https://www.openstack.org/summit/vancouver-2015/summit-videos/presentation/the-big-tent-a-look-at-the-new-openstack-projects-governance)” governance approach. The talk will conclude with a demo of application deployments leveraging a combination of OpenStack and Cloud Foundry capabilities. Those with development and operations roles in an organization building or consuming platform as a service will get the most from this talk.
Food & beverage will be provided. All you need to do is show up, engage and network.
All attendees will receive a complimentary one week Rhubarb Studios Membership*
