This group is facilitated by Bill Stafford, MA, MSP & Irene Stafford, MBA, MSP, Grief Specialists and Life Coaches. We share with you from our hearts our own personal experiences of life and loss and the tools and techniques that worked for us as we moved forward on our journey.
Meet other individuals who are dealing with a life transition: the loss of a loved one, health challenges, career changes, relationship stressors, divorce. Awaken to your heart. Explore new possibilities. Learn practical skills and techniques for living a healthy, loving, peaceful and rewarding life.
Who should join us? This group is for individuals, couples or families 18 years or older.
What services do you offer? We hold complimentary monthly in-person meetup groups and monthly group teleconference calls for individuals living outside the area. You can receive the same benefits as the in person group meetings but from the comfort of your home or office.
Individual Personal Coaching in person or over the telephone is also available. Through customized education and experiential exercises, you will learn tools and techniques to assist you in moving through grief and finding more joy and fulfillment in your life.
