PEEKING INTO THE EXCITING FUTUREwith Terry Syndergaard
There will be a whole new world opening up with the next generation of digital books. We aim to be on the forefront of those innovations. It will bring a whole new way to learn and explore with graphic novels, animation, video and your own interactivity choices.We will be showing you a video which Jay Sabicer sent us that opens your eyes wide to see what’s possible, and what is coming. That will be followed by a discussion and brainstorming ideas from what folks have heard and researched.

Terry Syndergaard will show the smooth motion that can be achieved with ReelSmart Motion Blur, and Timewarp Motion Blur, on cartoons and even on footage that hasn’t been slowed down or speeded up. He will also show how to take a children’s book that he is working on called TJ Bear, and separate it for After Effects 3D space, using motion blur to zoom in.

Bonnie Erdrich will continue her series “Getting Started In After Effects” with some additional basic techniques to lead the way to having more fun doing advanced visual effects down the road.

The Digital Video / After Effects Abuser Group has presentations on video editing and special effects software, including, but not limited to, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Terry Syndergaard is the Manager, Bonnie Erdrich, co-manager. Meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The fee for non-OCMMA members is $10, or $5 for students.
