Orange County Push Hands Practice Group

The OC Push Hands Practice Group is an informal meeting open to all t'ai chi enthusiasts, of any style or experience level, interested in friendly push hands play. The group has been meeting since the fall of 2008. It is not a class, it is for friendly t'ai chi push hands practice and collaborative sharing of ideas only. Tournament style competitive play should not be expected. If there is any doubt, rules of engagement must be agreed upon between players. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of those around them.
