Are you ready to take your meditations or contemplations to the next step? Would you like to experience and maintain more balance, happiness, contentment, calm, inspiration in your life? Maybe get some answers you've wanted along the way? Then try singing the word "HU," either out loud or quietly in your head for up to 20 minutes a day.
You can also sing HU for 20 minutes with others at this event (first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.), and experience the special benefits that come as a result of sharing the HU together. Afterwords, there's time to share what we experienced and/or just chat about whatever is important.
You can also sing HU with others in your life to help you make the best plans, to help calm down conflicts and refocus meetings, to gain a better understanding of a situation, to deal with challenges and fears, and much more. HU can take and help you as far as you are willing to go.
